In accordance with current data protection regulations, in particular:
- Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (hereinafter the “GDPR”)
Sobinco nv collects personal data in its possession when the user:

- (iii). responds to a poll or completes a web form;

4. Personal data collected - What personal data do we collect?
Sobinco nv collects information when visiting their web site, mainly by filling out their registration forms.
The following data are collected: full name, email, phone number and address.
As a rule, when personal data are requested in order to use a service or access certain content, their provision is not mandatory, except in those cases where it is specifically indicated that they are data required for the provision of the service. In this case, the user can freely choose not to register and/or not to contract the services.
The user declares and guarantees that all the data provided by him are true and correct and undertakes to update them. Changes shall be reported to the Data Protection Officer or to the address mentioned in Article 2 above.
The user also acknowledges that the data requested by Sobinco nv are necessary, appropriate and not excessive to fulfill the objectives mentioned in Article 5 below, which would be impossible if these data were not provided.
Any false or inaccurate statement resulting from the information and data provided, as well as the damage that this information may cause, will be the responsibility of the user.

The personal data requested by the user is used for the following purposes:

In these cases, however, Sobinco nv will perform a compatibility analysis in accordance with the applicable regulations. Sobinco nv carries out the processing of the user's data justified by: (i) the entering into an agreement with Sobinco nv by the user, in accordance with the terms and conditions made available to the user upon completion of the application form for services (prior to any appointment), which the user may accept (after reading it) by the check box included for this purpose; and (ii) the user's free, informative and unambiguous consent, given after reading through this privacy policy in which Sobinco nv informs you of the treatment it will carry out with your data, and if you agree to this, by the checkbox included for this purpose in the application form for services. The processing of data not covered by one of the legal grounds indicated above will be carried out if Sobinco nv considers it necessary to protect a legitimate interest and only if it does not conflict with the fundamental rights and freedoms of the user.
8. Expiration date - How long do we keep them?
Data is destroyed or archived when it is no longer strictly necessary or relevant for the purposes described in paragraph 5 above. In particular, personal data are kept for as long as the business relationship is in effect (and to the extent that the user has not previously requested deletion) and for the period during which obligations, indemnities and/or responsibilities may arise from the business relationship or for the services provided. Sobinco nv informs that it will keep the essential information to identify the origin of the stored data for the duration of the customer's relationship with Sobinco nv and/or withdrawal of consent by the user in accordance with the information in paragraph 5 of this Privacy Statement and/or the time required by applicable law.
9. Confidentiality / Assignment / International Transfer - Does Sobinco nv share data with third parties?
Sobinco nv will keep the collected personal data private and confidential and will not use it for purposes other than those mentioned in article 5 above. Sobinco nv requires the signing of confidentiality agreements and personal data processing by its employees and third parties providing services that have access to the contents of the databases (or include these obligations in the service agreements that Sobinco nv concludes with such providers, as indicated in the next paragraph).
The user's personal data collected by Sobinco nv will not be transferred, sold, exchanged, transmitted and/or communicated to any third party outside Sobinco nv without the user's consent, unless required by law and/or for the purpose of providing services to the user. - Social networks. Sobinco nv also uses social networks, such as Facebook or Instagram, and has integrated features of these networks into its services. Users may only use these social networks to the extent that they are registered in them and logged in with their username at the social network in question. These social networks have their own privacy policies and their own terms and conditions, over which Sobinco nv has no influence or control.
Finally, you should be aware that Sobinco nv may disclose (and Sobinco nv reserves the right to disclose) your data in the following cases:
- Business transfer: If we or our subsidiaries are acquired, merged or invested in by another company, or if any of our assets are transferred or may be transferred to another company, whether as part of bankruptcy or insolvency proceedings or otherwise, we may transfer the information we have collected about you to the other company. 11. Rights of the data owner and procedures to answer their exercise - What are my rights as a data owner?
The user who is the data owner may at any time exercise the rights of access, rectification, cancellation, objection, restriction of processing, portability, confidentiality and deletion with respect to their personal data, in accordance with the provisions of Article 15 and following of the RGPD, as applicable. The exercise of these rights can be carried out by the user himself via an e-mail to commercial@sobinco.com , or by one of the methods mentioned in the above mentioned applicable regulations. Sobinco nv may request the necessary data to validate the identity of the owner of the data.
The deletion of some data will not take place if it may harm the legitimate rights or interests of third parties, or if there is a legal obligation to retain the data.
If you are located in the UK or EEA and subject to national or local legal exemptions, you have certain data protection rights under certain circumstances. Please contact us if you wish to exercise any of these rights.
- Withdraw their consent at any time. Users have the right to withdraw their consent if they have previously consented to the processing of their personal data.
- Object to the processing of their data. Users have the right to object to the processing of their data if the processing is carried out on a legal basis other than consent.
